The first room had not been cleaned, and they changed us to one that was spotless. As a reward for the inconvenience we were invited to breakfast in the morning. Very good and thank you very much. The staff is very kind and helpful.
Finding the hotel, and especially like me at night, is complicated. Even the building, nice and easy. But you have to enter by a pedestrian entrance indicated as "Parking hotel", and continue about 50mtr, and turn right to find the reception.. If you don't know it you continue by the street and you get lost in the streets with only one direction. Thanks to the GPS I found the street again and decided to turn towards the "parking" and so I found the reception. Well hidden. We let the reception know and they told us that they had already indicated it many times to the address, but until now they had not changed the indicator, indicating that by this entrance there is ALSO the reception.

Fabulous location if you want quick access to the train station. The price is very suitable for what is offered.
Because of its location, next to the train station, it is clear that the spirit of this accommodation is simply to be a basic hotel for travellers. Something simple and efficient. . The establishment, however, should perhaps be a little more careful. Not because it is a purely practical hotel should neglect some essential aspects: . The mattress, was not of good quality. The headboard of the bed was unscrewed and every movement in the bed made a horrible noise. The furniture was damaged. The room was so small that the open suitcase only fit on top of the bed. The TV and table were dusty. . . These are things that should be taken care of, even if it is a hotel that is just passing through. My stay was not as pleasant as I had hoped.

The attention of the reception staff and also that of the buffet, very attentive to our requests for our daughter (warming up baby food and bottles even in the evening at reception). Very good explanations at the reception to be able to visit the city.
location of the hotel is quite secluded and there is practically no place nearby to eat, although there is a bus that drops you off in the centre that takes you right next to the hotel. the location is a little confusing for the browser, by default it puts you in the garage of a community of neighbors that is not the hotel. cleanliness of the room's floor can be improved, rest of the room is quite good. That during the days of the bridge of the Constitution in which we stayed, there was no service of meals and suppers in the restaurant of the hotel, thing of which was not informed in the Web. During breakfast, we would need some more waitresses to reinforce the service, there were only two and sometimes they were a bit overwhelmed replacing food, although both were very attentive to the clientele in spite of everything.

I traveled with my mother and we didn't get the breakfast buffet because we're not freshly picked up, in the cafeteria you could order a coffee if you wanted it alone. Although being prepared for self service, there was no waiter, so you had to pour it out of the coffee machines yourself. There would be no problem unless the machine didn't have decaf, so I had to find the girl they had there to clear the tables, I had no idea to pour coffee. She went to call another one at the reception, who explained to her how to do it (instead of doing it herself) and result was that the coffee was undrinkable... watery, without taste or cream (neither coffee nor milk). bill was almost 3 euros for the two coffees, one from a vending machine and one from a coffee maker but dirty water.

Great "Sandwich Eurostars" as a late evening meal.
Hard to find this hotel from the road if You haven`t been there before - no easily visible signs. With a GPS: search crossroads Calle De Ramiro I de Aragon/ Calle de Los Fayos

Very conveniently located for Delicias Railway Station and in a quiet pedestrianised street. Breakfast choice very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Zaragoza in the future and would recommend to my friends and acquaintances.

The staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy space to relax after a day of exploring. the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start my day off right.
The location of the hotel. It was quite far from the city center, which made it inconvenient to visit the popular attractions.

The best features of this hotel are a) you can see it from the train station; b) they offer free computer with wifi and printing facilities; and c) they are close to key bus stops and a mall. Perfect for a short stay in Zaragoza, especially if you intent to travel by train.
The water pressure/toilet had some issues in our room, I.E. it needed an hour between flushings and made a huge noise. At first we were told that there were no rooms and that nothing could be done because we were only staying one night...but with some persistence, someone came up and made it better.

Hotel is situated only 3 min from train station, that was very convinient 'cause I spend only a night in Zaragoza. Resonable price for comfortable room in recently built hotel. My bathroom even had a special device that prevent misting up.
City center with all amazing buildings and cathedral is 45 min walk from hotel, but you can take a bus.
